Senior Bartender/Mixologist Needed at Chouchou in Wellington!

As a Senior Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, training bartenders, and ensuring excellent customer service. This full-time, permanent position requires someone passionate about mixology, thrives in a high-energy environment, and enjoys creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

The role involves working 30+ hours per week, mainly during nights and weekends. However, applicants must have a valid NZ work visa or be NZ Residents/Citizens, and International applicants will not be considered.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• A deep understanding of cocktail craftsmanship and beverage trends
• The ability to train and mentor junior bartenders
• A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver outstanding service
