Experience in hospitality and customer service, with a strong focus on guest experience.
High standard of personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and coordinate reservation bookings using Microsoft Outlook.
Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work across multiple locations within Auckland CBD, covering shifts as required.
Preferred qualifications: LCQ (License Controller Qualification) or Duty Manager experience.
Previous experience working in a 5-star customer service environment is an advantage.
