Job Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
Language: Must be proficient in English
Work Environment: On-site work only; remote work is not available
Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Supervisor, your duties will include:
Hiring and training new cleaning staff or arranging necessary training sessions
Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Inspecting sites and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
Assisting cleaning staff with duties when necessary
Coordinating work schedules and activities with other departments
Establishing and maintaining work schedules to optimize efficiency
Ensuring adherence to workplace safety and sanitation regulations
other Responsibilities
In addition to core duties, Cleaning Supervisors may also be required to:
Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from staff or clients
Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management
Implement and improve cleaning procedures to enhance efficiency
