Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.

Physical Demands: Ability to work in dusty, hot, and odorous environments. Must be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting heavy materials.

Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Supervisor, your duties will include:
Cultivating crops using a vertical farming system.
Overseeing greenhouse cleaning and maintenance.
Maintaining financial and production records.
Negotiating with clients for service provisions.
Managing agricultural tasks such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
Coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
Ensuring farm safety and bio-security protocols are strictly followed.
Supervising and overseeing growing operations and other crop-related activities.
Maintaining accurate work records and logs.
Hiring and training new staff.
Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
Performing general farm duties as required.
Oversee and manage a team of 5 to 10 farm workers.
