Job Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Planned Response and VAS Planner, you will:

• Manage work schedules and project coordination to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Oversee procurement planning, purchasing, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor job timekeeping, financial control, and cost management to align with budget forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Supervise subcontractor coordination and maintain productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project documentation, including quality assurance and construction drawings.
• Manage staffing forecasts, job variations, and labour targets to maintain workflow.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing job status, financials, and project progress.
