• Food Knowledge: A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and commercial kitchen operations.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen, with knife-handling skills.

Responsibilities

As a Production Kitchen Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation and assembly of various food products.
• Following recipes and food preparation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Ensuring workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with health & safety regulations.
• Handling kitchen equipment, including knives, safely and proficiently.
• Working closely with the Production Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain operational efficiency.
• Adhering to food safety protocols and maintaining hygiene standards at all times.
