Responsibilities
Harvest fresh produce and separate marketable and non-marketable items
Pack, sort, and prepare fruits and vegetables for sale
Clean and maintain greenhouse and work areas
Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and produce
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Assist in setting up and maintaining market stalls
Support farm maintenance tasks such as irrigation and weeding
Participate in seasonal planting and crop rotation efforts
Assist in farm sustainability initiatives to minimize waste
Communicate with supervisors regarding crop quality and production updates
Help with customer service and engagement during market hours
