Job Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Must be proficient in English
  • On-site work is required; remote work is not available
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Managing and distributing incoming mail and materials
  • Establishing and maintaining office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and staff
  • Answering phone calls and responding to electronic inquiries
  • Compiling and organizing data, statistics, and other information
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory levels
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and documents

Other Responsibilities

In addition to the primary duties, the Administrative Assistant may also be responsible for:

  • Assisting with event coordination and office meetings
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required
  • Ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures
  • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
  • Identifying and addressing any office operational challenge
