Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Must be proficient in English
- On-site work is required; remote work is not available
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:
- Managing and distributing incoming mail and materials
- Establishing and maintaining office procedures and routines
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and staff
- Answering phone calls and responding to electronic inquiries
- Compiling and organizing data, statistics, and other information
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory levels
- Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- Maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and documents
Other Responsibilities
In addition to the primary duties, the Administrative Assistant may also be responsible for:
- Assisting with event coordination and office meetings
- Preparing reports and presentations as required
- Ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
- Identifying and addressing any office operational challenge
