Responsibilities
As a cleaner at Ever Better Building Maintenance Ltd, your duties will include:
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
- Dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Distributing clean towels and toiletries
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Disinfecting operating rooms, elevators, and other areas
- Handling and reporting lost and found items
- Providing basic information on facilities to visitors
- Picking up debris and emptying trash containers
- Washing windows, walls, and ceilings
- Cleaning changing rooms and showers
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns
This job requires attention to detail and involves physical tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
