Job Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
- Language: Must be proficient in English
- Work Environment: On-site work only; remote work is not available
Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Hiring and training new cleaning staff or arranging necessary training sessions
- Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Inspecting sites and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Assisting cleaning staff with duties when necessary
- Coordinating work schedules and activities with other departments
- Establishing and maintaining work schedules to optimize efficiency
- Ensuring adherence to workplace safety and sanitation regulations
other Responsibilities
In addition to core duties, Cleaning Supervisors may also be required to:
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from staff or clients
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management
- Implement and improve cleaning procedures to enhance efficiency
