Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Language: Must be proficient in English

Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Equipment Operator, your duties will include:
- Clearing fields of wood and stones to prepare land for cultivation
- Mixing and applying fertilizers as required
- Organizing tasks to complete daily work efficiently
- Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
- Fertilizing and spraying crops to support optimal growth
- Harvesting crops using specialized machinery
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Providing agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, and cultivating
- Performing general farm duties as needed

- Physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, and kneeling
