Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Ability to work in outdoor environments that may be dusty and noisy
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying produce
- Must have the right to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Harvest crops, including hand-harvesting vegetables
- Cut and cultivate agricultural crops
- Plant, irrigate, and maintain farm produce
- Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm products
- Pack fruits and vegetables for distribution
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Assist in general farm maintenance and equipment handling
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and procedures
- Operate basic farm tools and machinery as needed
- Support team members to maintain an efficient workflow
Other Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory tracking and quality control measures
- Participate in seasonal farm activities such as soil preparation and crop rotation
- Report any issues with crops, equipment, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Help with basic repairs and upkeep of farm structures and tools
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and best practices
