The Farm Supervisor will oversee daily poultry farm operations, ensuring the safe and efficient care of animals, adherence to biosecurity procedures, and maintenance of farm machinery. This position requires a proactive individual willing to work mornings, days, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle animals safely and humanely

• Operate and maintain feeding, watering, and egg gathering systems

• Ensure compliance with farm safety and biosecurity standards

• Perform general farm duties and assist in daily poultry production

• Operate forklifts and other farm machinery

Requirements

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required

• Experience not required; training will be provided

• Ability to communicate in English or French

• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment

• Must be organized and dependable
