Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.
- Language: Must be proficient in English.
- Work Environment: On-site work; remote work is not available.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in dusty, hot, and odorous environments. Must be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting heavy materials.
- Area of Specialization: Agricultural crop services.

Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Cultivating crops using a vertical farming system.
- Overseeing greenhouse cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintaining financial and production records.
- Negotiating with clients for service provisions.
- Managing agricultural tasks such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Ensuring farm safety and bio-security protocols are strictly followed.
- Supervising and overseeing growing operations and other crop-related activities.
- Maintaining accurate work records and logs.
- Hiring and training new staff.
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
- Performing general farm duties as required.
- Oversee and manage a team of 5 to 10 farm workers.
