Job Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant agricultural or farm experience.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Must work on-site; remote work is not available.
• Ability to handle large workloads, perform physically demanding tasks, and work in various environmental conditions such as heat, dust, odours, and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities

As a Farm Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Overseeing daily farm operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• Maintaining financial and production records for effective farm management.
• Ensuring farm safety protocols and bio-security measures are strictly followed.
• Training and hiring new farm staff as needed.
• Managing agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
• Monitoring quality control and maintaining detailed production records.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
• Performing general farm duties as required.

Other Responsibilities

• Conducting greenhouse cleaning and maintaining sanitary conditions.
• Negotiating with clients for the provision of agricultural services.
• Supervising and overseeing crop-growing activities and ensuring high-yield production.
• Keeping work records and logs updated for operational efficiency.
• Managing a team of 5-10 general farm workers.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently.
