Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- No prior experience is needed; training will be provided
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid work authorization for Canada
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain crops to ensure quality production
- Harvest seedlings and mature crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors
- Assist with organic and grain farming tasks in a rural and remote location
- Perform general farm labor duties as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized work area
- Monitor crop growth and report any issues or concerns
- Assist in loading and unloading supplies, seeds, and harvested crops
- Follow farm safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
Other Responsibilities
- Help with basic maintenance and repairs of farm equipment
- Support irrigation and drainage activities to optimize crop health
- Participate in seasonal farm activities and projects as required
