Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must be proficient in English or French
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not available
- Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid Canadian work permit

Key Responsibilities
As a General Construction Labourer, your tasks will include:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various construction-related tasks
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Operating hand tools and basic construction machinery as needed
- Cleaning and preparing work areas for construction projects
- Sorting and handling recyclable materials safely and efficiently
- Following all workplace safety regulations and procedures
- Supporting team members in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Performing other general labor duties as assigned
