The role combines office administration, accounts support, customer service, and operational coordination. You’ll handle invoicing, reporting, job cards, and assist the showroom team when needed. Responsibilities

Perform general office administration and accounts processing

Manage invoicing, job cards, and credits

Assist with end-of-month reporting and data entry

Support customer service and front-desk operations

Help with showroom coordination during busy periods

Manage office supplies and coordinate small errands

Occasionally work on Saturdays (rare)
Requirements

Previous experience in administration, accounts, or office coordination
