Job Requirements

Responsibilities
As a Planned Response and VAS Planner, you will:
- Manage work schedules and project coordination to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Oversee procurement planning, purchasing, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor job timekeeping, financial control, and cost management to align with budget forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Supervise subcontractor coordination and maintain productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Control project documentation, including quality assurance and construction drawings.
- Manage staffing forecasts, job variations, and labour targets to maintain workflow.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing job status, financials, and project progress.
