Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar self-managing role
- Strong project administration and financial management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)
- A Class 1 Full Driver’s Licence
- Industry knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers and Trainee PMs to support the successful delivery of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Project Administration: Assist in managing project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Financial Coordination: Oversee project forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and billing.
- Procurement Management: Handle purchase orders, goods receipting, and expense claims.
- Client Interaction: Respond to customer and client requests for information.
- Compliance Management: Schedule vehicle servicing and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Equipment Coordination: Manage tools, equipment, and major plant resources.
- Enquiry Tracking: Monitor customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Technical Support: Assist with basic CAD tasks and project documentation.
