Corporate Rentals Ltd, a family-owned business supplying Refrigeration & Catering Equipment to the event industry and various businesses, is looking for a Sales and Admin Assistant. This role involves assisting with the sales and administration of equipment for delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate should be a team player with strong communication and organizational skills. While experience in sales and administration is preferred, on-the-job training is available for the right individual. A practical mindset, a common-sense approach, and a “can-do” attitude will be key to succeeding in this role.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 3 PM, occasional 5 PM finishes)

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Some experience in sales and administration (preferred, but not mandatory)

Responsibilities

As a Sales and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling showroom and telephone inquiries from customers
  • Ensuring proper showroom stock presentation
  • Coordinating event sales orders for equipment rentals
  • Managing long-term and short-term rental contracts
  • Liaising with the delivery and operations team for seamless sales coordination
  • Handling accounts administration tasks
