Chouchou, a newly opened French-inspired café, bar, and brasserie in Wellington, is looking for an experienced Senior Bartender/Mixologist to lead the bar. Located inside the refurbished Circa Theatre on the waterfront, Chouchou offers a lively and sophisticated atmosphere, serving breakfast through to dinner with French classics infused with creativity and fun.
As a Senior Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, training bartenders, and ensuring excellent customer service. This full-time, permanent position requires someone passionate about mixology, thrives in a high-energy environment, and enjoys creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
The role involves working 30+ hours per week, mainly during nights and weekends. However, applicants must have a valid NZ work visa or be NZ Residents/Citizens, and International applicants will not be considered.

Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
