Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Experience: 5-10 years in a Senior Manufacturing or Supervisory role, ideally in vehicle manufacturing.
- Production Planning Expertise: Proven ability to coordinate production schedules, optimize processes, and meet deadlines.
- Leadership & Team Management: Strong ability to mentor and develop employees, manage workforce performance, and foster a positive team culture.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A structured and analytical approach to addressing manufacturing challenges.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and workplace Health & Safety (H&S) regulations.

Responsibilities
Production & Resource Planning
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet business and project deadlines.
- Ensure that all vehicles are COF-ready, cleaned, and fueled before delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of external work.
- Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements in production.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve manufacturing performance.
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 15 production staff, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing training and career development opportunities.
- Address workplace issues such as attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns.
- Verify timesheets and payroll accuracy for production team members.
Health & Safety Leadership
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce compliance with H&S regulations.
- Lead safety training and emergency preparedness initiatives.
- Quality Control & ISO 9001 Compliance
- Oversee QA checks to ensure that all vehicles meet strict quality standards before delivery.
- Conduct inspections and swiftly address quality concerns as they arise.
