Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Residency: Must be a New Zealand resident (work sponsorship is not available for this position).
Experience: Prior experience working in a New Zealand-based consultancy is essential.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or an equivalent qualification in structural engineering).
Project Portfolio: A demonstrated ability to work on new builds, showcasing strong technical expertise in structural design.
Seismic Engineering Skills: Experience with ISA (Initial Seismic Assessment) and DSA (Detailed Seismic Assessment) is required.
Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing structural engineering projects, ranging from residential to commercial developments.
Conducting seismic assessments and ensuring compliance with New Zealand’s building codes and safety regulations.
