Job Requirements
To be successful in this Technical Support Representative role, candidates must possess:

Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support for all installed printing and packaging equipment across New Zealand and Australia.
- Managing the installation and commissioning of new company equipment at customer facilities.
- Working alongside customer production teams, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for customers and assisting the sales team as needed.
- Ensuring regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of company equipment.
- Maintaining an organized schedule to meet performance targets and KPI expectations.
